CANCELLATION - RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL
By placing an order electronically through the website you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping costs, which are the shipment expenses of the product, will be borne by the buyers.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.
In case it becomes impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation within 3 days from the date of learning about it. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
If the buyer fails to pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
If it is determined that the buyer's credit card used for payment has been unjustly used by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered, and if the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the expense of the seller.
If a force majeure event occurs, which the seller could not foresee, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; the price of the product will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation.
The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; damaged or defective goods must be protected after delivery. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product by themselves or the person/organization at the address they specified, by notifying the seller via the contact information below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason, and by rejecting the product.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Returns are only valid in case of seller error or situations caused by the shipping company. The product must be returned with its package and original box. The product must be returned in its delivered condition.
Please open and check packages that you think have been damaged during shipment in front of the company representative who delivers them.
*** Damaged products for which a report is not prepared are not accepted for return under any circumstances.
In order for the product to be returned, it must be sent with the invoice. The return of products that have lost their resaleability and cannot be sold to another customer is not accepted, and their price is not refunded.
The amounts of the products whose returns are approved will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
